2025 Price Changes
Hello adored client of ours,
We’re writing to inform you that we are implementing a new pricing structure this month, the key changes of which are outlined below. With the new structure, many items will go up in cost, and some will go down. As we have grown aspects of our business, added more services and capabilities, and invested in new equipment, we have achieved many efficiencies, and have also found many areas that, frankly, cause us to lose money. This step will help us rectify that, so we can continue helping you get the products you need, while providing exceptional service along the way.
This new pricing model will immediately go into effect on any new items purchased, but you will have until March 14th, 2025 to place re-orders at the previous price you paid.
Here are the key changes we’re making:
Quantity-Based Pricing: we will be pricing all orders based on the quantity being ordered (instead of just offering discounts based on aggregate quantities across a given year, as we’ve done previously). The quantity ranges will be 10-29, 30-49, 50-74, 75-149, 150-299, and 300+.
Tiered Discounts: we’ve always had tiered discounts for clients based on duration and annual ordering, and that won’t change. What will change is that these tiered discounts will fall under the quantity-based pricing we mentioned above. For example, if you’ve been working with us for several years and purchase upwards of 5,000 screen printed items a year, you would receive a 6% discount off our base print pricing.
Market-Rate Item Cost: previously, we locked in your price for an item for at least a year. With many fluctuations and factors affecting the cost of blank items, we will now be adjusting the price for each reorder based on the updated cost of the items themselves.
Printing Options and Capabilities: we will continue to offer two main imprint types: water-based screen printing and heat-applied prints. Our minimum order for heat-applied prints will now be 10, so any order in the 10-29 quantity range will be done on our heat press. Screen printing orders in the quantity range of 30-49 will have a maximum of 3 print colors; 4 or more colors will be done on our heat press. Outside of these two rules, as always, we’re happy to provide options and advice based on what will be most cost-effective for your project.
Custom Designs: you can refer to this page on our website for details about design pricing. We understand charging for design can seem gratuitous to some, because–with any luck–it’s one of those things that happens in the background, so it seems relatively easy; but it actually takes substantial time and effort, not to mention the years of education and experience that lead up to being a good designer.
Ink Colors: we have a pretty extensive list of house colors to choose from. When you send us a design you want printed, we pick from those colors to choose the closest match to what you provided. If you want to match to a specific color that is not one of our house colors, it’ll be $25 per color.
