  • Our minimum order is 30 items in most cases. This can be a mix of colors, sizes, garments, etc, as long as the design and ink color/s are the same across everything.

  • T-shirts are the bread & butter of most business’ merch games. However there are plenty of other items to consider which we can also source and print, such as tote bags, koozies, towels, aprons, and more. And if we can’t do it for you, we’re happy to help you find someone who can.

  • We sure can! We design for many clients, as well as our own sister company, Normal Human. There are, however, fees associated with custom design work, artwork re-creation, and simply bringing your thoughts to life! Check this page out for more details.

  • While we work on streamlining our ordering process, we recommend emailing: hi@gladhandstudio.com

  • We try to get orders printed within 10 days of artwork approval, but that can change depending on how busy we are at any given time and the size of the order.

  • We’ll need some sort of scalable vector file, if you’re providing the artwork. Typically, these files end with .ai, .eps, or .pdf. If you don’t have any of those, we can probably recreate your artwork, but it may carry an additional fee to cover the time it takes to do so.

  • If you happen to be at our studio to discuss merch, you are more than welcome to use our bathroom.
